We debated over whether or not to include a blog here. On the one side, we are absolutely opposed to the idea of self-importance and, frankly, no one cares what we ate for lunch. On the other, we are constantly asked about valuable information that is often disseminated on the internet in a manner that is not helpful, but can also be outright dangerous and/or solely for commercial purposes.

The blog has become our way of sharing what we’ve learned and a point of reference for our friends, colleagues, clients, and anyone who has seen first-hand how much our lives have been personally improved by what we share here.
